Qualifications

• Physical: Ability to stand for 12-hour plant shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work authorization: Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and monitor high-speed paper-converting machinery.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products.
• Assist with basic maintenance and changeovers.
• Maintain daily production logs and update plant visual boards.
• Uphold safety standards and coordinate across shifts.
