Ideal candidates will have a GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year operating machinery. A reliable team player who can adapt to different stations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality


• Develop and maintain an understanding of the products they assemble and how they impact the business.


• Continuous learning of the principles, practices, and processes of their job as changes require and similar jobs


• Safely handle materials utilizing proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists/lift tables.


• Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.


• Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed


• Cross train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent (GED). 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent


• Detail oriented and organized.


• Work in a team environment in a professional manner


• Effectively communicate


• Utilize applicable hand tools with precision.
