Job summary

Merit Medical is hiring for a Night Shift Machine Operator to set up and run Multivac equipment, ensuring safety and quality production. You will maintain documentation and coordinate with maintenance on issues, supporting timely line goals.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience, with strong teamwork and computer skills. Onsite clinics, cafeterias, vacations and 401K are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with a minimum of three years of work-related experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills may be required on certain lines.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery problems and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Multivac machine, including startup, adjustments, changeovers and line clearance.
• Maintain records and documentation as needed.
• Operate computer-controlled equipment to produce quality product.
• Use off-line measuring devices to check seal integrity.
• Determine when to contact Maintenance for technical assistance.
• Communicate with team members and supervisor about safety and production goals.
• Perform other related duties as required.
