Job summary

WFA Staffing is seeking entry-level and mid-level Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts in Mequon, WI. The pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience.

Operators will run production equipment, ensure parts meet quality standards, and support efficient manufacturing operations. Entry-level candidates need no prior experience and will receive training; mid-level candidates should have 1-2+ years of machining experience, read blueprints, and perform basic adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role may require no prior experience but basic math and measurement skills.
• Mid-level requires 1-2+ years of machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load/unload parts, materials, and components into machines
• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors
• Perform basic machine adjustments and setups (mid-level)
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges to ensure quality
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety guidelines
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Assist with material handling or secondary operations as needed
