Qualifications

• Must communicate actively with production teams and supervisors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to define and analyze problems and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry transactions in the MRP system to ensure material traceability.
• Read schedules, Kanban, BOMs, and SOPs to guide production.
• Operate equipment to meet quality standards and production plans.
• Perform machine changeovers and minor adjustments as needed.
• Provide feedback to engineering and manage training for operators.
