Job summary

Ohio Custodial Management is seeking a Full-Time Machine Operator in Elsmere, KY to maintain the client facility through cleaning and forklift operation. The role includes floor care, restroom upkeep, and general custodial tasks on site.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, stocking restrooms, and communicating inventory needs while safely operating forklifts and other equipment. This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and eligibility to work in the US (eVerify).

Qualifications

• Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.).
• Proven forklift operator experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Able to use reasoning and judgment.
• Able to apply math skills to custodial tasks (e.g. cleaning solution quantities).
• Able to communicate in writing effectively.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US – We Use eVerify.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms.
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Successfully operate a forklift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
