Staffmark in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You will ensure product quality and adherence to production schedules, while supporting efficient production.

The role offers $15.25–$16.25 per hour with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with technical training beneficial for career growth in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain production equipment according to schedules and procedures.
• Inspect finished products and replenish materials.
• Identify equipment issues and perform routine machine checks.
• Maintain production records and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
