FirstOption Workforce Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role offers CNC training toward becoming a CNC Operator for the right candidate. You will operate and monitor machinery, read blueprints and work instructions, load materials, run tests, inspect finished parts, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, or until work is complete. Pay rate: $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• CNC experience is a plus, but not required - training provided.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read basic measurements, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ready to build your manufacturing skills? We're looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who wants to grow their skills and train toward becoming a CNC Operator. CNC training will be provided to the right candidate.
