Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Willing to learn machine setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and equipment per 5S standards.
• Work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation.
• Assist plant floor operations and facilities tasks.
• Support productivity goals by reducing downtime and waste.
