Job summary

Intertech Plastics LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Machine Operator for all shifts. This on-site role supports ISO quality systems, inspects and packages parts, and requires wearing PPE as specified. The plant operates on a rotating 4-on/3-off schedule.

Responsibilities include recording production data, reporting defects, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. ISO/quality experience or molding/manufacturing background is preferred, with ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for visually inspecting
and packaging products to ensure they meet customer requirements. This role
must be carried out in compliance with Intertech's ISO Quality Management
System, following all established production processes and procedures. The
manufacturing area is a controlled environment, and Machine Operators are
required to wear appropriate PPE-such as lab coats, hair nets, and latex
gloves-at all times.

Shift Hours: Rotating 4 on 3 off schedule

• A shift Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5:50am - 6:00pm.
• C shift Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5:50pm - 6:00am.
• B shift - Every other Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50am - 6:00pm.
• D shift - Every other Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50pm - 6:00am.

Performance Accountability

• Safety / Cleanliness (Proper use of PPE and appropriate attire for particulate control as required)
• Training Compliance and adherence to production processes and procedures
• Quality and workmanship
• Performance - Adherence to cycle time standards

• Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

• Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in an ISO controlled environment preferred
• Previous injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to comprehend and follow visual, written, and verbal instructions
• Manual dexterity required to handle, sort, assemble, and/or package small parts
• Detail oriented

On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 3 or 4 days at the Denver, Colorado location.

Qualifications

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $19.30.
