FlexPack, a division of Duraco Specialty Materials, is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM). You will set up and operate adhesive coating machines and adjust speed, temperature, and flow. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a clean manufacturing environment with hands-on training.
