Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC in Decorah, IA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift. The role offers $21.73 per hour plus a $2.25 shift premium and a sign-on bonus, with opportunities to contribute to the production of precision fasteners.
You will set up and operate multiple machines under supervision, read blueprints, document data, and help maintain quality and safety standards on the factory floor.
