Job summary

Catania Oils in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to join a fourth-generation family business with 125 years of excellence in edible oils.

You will operate and troubleshoot production line equipment, read work orders, monitor production rates, and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year manufacturing experience, with basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and change over production line equipment (filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer).
• Read work orders and verify supplies (bottles, caps, labels, etc.).
• Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift.
