Job summary

STRATTEC Security Corporation in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Machine Attendant to support both manual and automated manufacturing operations and rotate duties as required. You will move materials to and from machine operations, load/unload machines, and assist in keeping production levels up.

You will reset faults, clear jams, adjust equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while participating in 5S activities.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Reading and math skills.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Support manual and automated manufacturing operations and rotate duties as required.
• Move material to and from machine operations and load/unload machines and melting pots.
• Restart equipment, reset faults, clean jams, and adjust machines to maintain production levels.
• Notify proper personnel when issues persist and assist in setup as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and participate in 5S activities.
