We're currently hiring Machine Operators across multiple machine types and every shift at our Westfield, MA facility. Rather than applying to a specific opening, tell us your experience, skillset, and shift preference — we'll match you to the role and schedule that fits.

Sets up and operates sleeter machines to cut large rolls of paper, film, foil, or other materials into smaller rolls or widths according to customer specifications, while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Operates wax-coating or wax-processing equipment, applies or forms wax coatings/patterns to product specifications, and performs quality checks to ensure consistent production standards.

Pay is starting rate; consistent with applicable law, actual offer is based on skills, qualifications, and experience. ACR reserves the right to modify pay ranges at any time.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Able to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and other written work instructions; basic math and computer skills
• Excellent mechanical ability and manual dexterity – ability to use hand tools highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Non-temperature-controlled environment
• Pull, push, lift, move, and adjust products/materials up to 50 lbs.
• Periods of long standing, walking, and consistent lifting
• Work with sharp tools; hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes required
• Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness strictly enforced
