Job summary

AmeriLux is hiring manufacturing operators to run thermoforming and related machinery in our Wisconsin facility. You may choose between 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, with an additional $2.00 per hour premium for the 12-hour schedule.

• Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
