Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Operator for the Albert Lea, MN area on 2nd shift (Mon-Thur: 3p-1a). Some OT may be available on Fridays (2p-10p). Starting pay is $21+ per hour DOE, with opportunity for overtime.

The role involves leading a small team, setting up machines, using computers, and performing quality checks while reporting time, production and material usage accurately. Safety and cleanliness are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading small group/team preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, swoop etc throughout entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
