Responsibilities

• Operates automated and manual packaging machines including vertical packaging lines and sealing machines.
• Transfers roasted coffee beans to the packaging area and portions out a variety of coffees.
• Ensures seal integrity and residual oxygen levels for quality.
• Prepares, maintains and verifies paperwork for Quality Assurance, food safety, shipping and traceability.
• Assists maintenance as needed on equipment.
• Maintains equipment and work area clean per standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by manager or coordinator.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the **Machine Operator** plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality coffee products. In this role, you will operate both automated and manual packaging equipment to fulfill daily production orders, inspect bulk containers for quality, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
