EmployBridge is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators in Clinton, Tennessee. Positions run 3pm–11:30pm and 11pm–7:30am, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include loading products into machines, rotating and stacking parts, counting output, and inspecting parts to ensure quality standards.

Candidates should be comfortable in a hot environment, with many moving parts, and with cross-training. This full-time role offers stable night shifts on weekdays in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in hot environment.
• Must be comfortable with lots of moving while working.
• Must be comfortable with being cross trained.

Responsibilities

• Load product into machines.
• Rotate & stack part.
• Maintain an accurate count of product produced.
• Inspects each part to ensure quality standards are met.
