Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM) or 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM). The role offers $23.00/hour base pay, paid training, full-time hours, and a safety-focused environment with shift differential opportunities.

You will inspect, count, and stack finished products, read orders and print cards, identify stock for work orders, read gauges, apply basic shop math, and complete time sheets. Clean-up duties and other tasks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, counting and stacking finished product.
• Reading factory orders, print cards, and other documents to learn customer requirements.
• Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders.
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment.
• Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting.
• Accurately completing time sheets, report, lists and other records and following directions.
• Assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisors
