Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Machine Operator 2 to load, seal, and inspect products on the production line in a fast-paced environment. You will set up and operate the Big Red sealer, monitor the line, and ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining high productivity.

Ideal candidates have basic math and mechanical skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work well in small teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal guidance in a production setting.
• Proficient with basic Math and counting for quality checks.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustment skills.
• Competent with standard computer tasks used on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Big Red sealer.
• Load/unload packaging and product as required.
• Monitor equipment and make adjustments to maintain quality and pace.
• Inspect products according to quality standards and document results.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S in the work area.
