Job summary

KIK Consumer Products in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Machine Operator to operate high speed filling and packaging equipment, follow production orders, and maintain records. You will perform basic troubleshooting, adjust lines, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of packaging machine experience, basic math skills, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience as a machine operator in packaging.
• Production knowledge of materials and processes preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English (read/write).
• Basic mathematics and numerical proficiency required.
• Able to follow directions and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Operate high speed liquid filling machinery including fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers and related equipment.
• Review production orders and determine quantities and specifications.
• Maintain production records and adjust/change over equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and ensure compliance with safety SOPs.
• Follow PPE, GMPs, safety standards, and plant policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate various high speed liquid filling machinery including but not limited to fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers, depalletizes case erectors, and heat induction sealers case erectors, etc.
• Examine and act on production orders to determine quantities to be manufactured, job specifications and or special instructions.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting on the assigned equipment and perform minor equipment adjustments and changeovers.
• Comply with PPE, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and follow all plant policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring
