Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant machine operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and drawings; follow workmanship standards IPC-610 and J-STD.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly operations as assigned by the production supervisor.

• Identify defects per IPC-610 and J-STD across class levels.

Assembly Auto Full Time Mount Pleasant, PA, US

Job Summary & Essential Functions

Perform various assembly operations as assigned by the production supervisor.

• Basic set up and operation a variety of equipment, for example: conformal coating, singulation machines, and start to train on wave solder needed to fulfill customer requirements, plus train on ERSA
• Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware/tools
• Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard IPC -610 and J-STD for all class levels
• Perform work with minimal supervision and instruction
• Perform minor touch ups on nonconforming solder joints such as: correct insufficient fill and remove solder bridges
• Minor repair or replacement of through-hole components as needed

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
