The Marzetti Company operates a climate controlled facility and is seeking a Filler Operator for a 1st shift weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:00pm). The role ensures proper sealing and packaging, loading supplies, and maintaining production flow.

Responsibilities include operating the filler, reading scales, performing arithmetic, and documenting daily production data while upholding cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills are required.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to follow detailed directions and to understand time, temperature, and weight measurements.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working area.

• Provides support for the production supervisor in maintaining continuous production

Pay Rate: $26.74/hr

Position Summary: Operates the filler of an assigned line, including ensuring that product is properly sealed and packaged. Assists in pulling supplies and loading filler appropriately throughout the production process.
