Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Machine Operator role in the Shelbyville area. The first shift runs 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Pay is $16.50 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package as described.

Essential duties include loading panels and covers, reading job tickets to determine panel type (single line panel, D-1, D-2 or N.P.), making adjustments and minor repairs, and completing shift-end paperwork. Safety and quality are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Apply panel to covers.
• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, and prepare for operations.
• Read and understand job tickets to see if color to be run is a single line panel, D-1, D-2 or N.P. Put on correct panel and load covers in gaylords or holding racks.
• Make all adjustments and minor repairs to machine; troubleshoot everyday problems.
• At the end of shift, secure all equipment and machinery and complete all required paperwork.
• Perform other duties as delegated or assigned.
