Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift (6:45am – 3:00pm) at the Cleveland, OH facility. You will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and inspect finished products to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hands-on molding equipment experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Mechanical training/aptitude and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Machine Operator

We are hiring for multiple Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be required to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
