Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a focused Machine Operator for our nutrition powder production in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The role offers a 3‑day work week with schedules on A Shift (Mon–Thu) 5:00 am–3:30 pm and C Shift (Fri–Sun) 5:00 am–5:30 pm, in a climate‑controlled plant.

You will set up and run blending/packaging machinery, monitor lines, and troubleshoot to keep powder moving. No degree is required; 1 year of experience is preferred for this entry‑level position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Entry level candidates considered with basic mechanical aptitude.
• No degree required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and verify manufacturing and packaging equipment for nutrional products.
• Monitor production lines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

Do you love seeing how things are made? We’re looking for a focused and energetic Machine Operator to be the heartbeat of our nutrition powder production to work a 3 day work week!! Schedules are as follows: A Shift - Monday - Thursday 5 am - 3:30 pm. C Shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 5 am - 5:30 pm.

The Daily Grind (What You’ll Do):

• Power Up: Set up and run the cool machinery that blends and packages our healthy powders.
• Keep it Flowing: Monitor the lines to ensure every scoop is smooth and every lid is tight.
• Troubleshoot: Be the hero who keeps the gears turning and the powder moving.
• Clean & Pristine: Help maintain a sparkly-clean workspace that would make a lab jealous.

Climate controlled. We offer an excellent benefits package with a very aggressive wage progression! Top out pay is $28/hr.

We accept walk-in applicants on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9 am - 12 pm. Enter the door closest to the flagpole. Please bring 2 forms of ID!
