Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Rockledge, FL is seeking a Machine Operator Packer to support CTL production. You will operate equipment, perform quality checks, and pack finished products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role offers first shift (Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm) with overtime and occasional Saturdays, a safety-focused culture, and potential temp-to-hire conversion. Prior experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating and product packing experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally).
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Willing to learn how to operate electric pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Adhere to PPE requirements, including steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

Our client, an industry leader in aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Packers and Machine Operator Packers to join their team. As a Machine Operator Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and packing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• While working in the Cut to Length (CTL) production area, perform machine operating, quality assurance and packing duties.

• Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs

• Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications and requirements

• Use electric pallet jacks to move boxed products safely and efficiently

• Follow safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Prior machine operating and product packing experience preferred but not required
