Johnsonville, LLC

Position: Machine Operator

Pay Range: $26.27/hr - $27.92/hr

Hours: 5:30am - 2:00pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands)

Responsibilities:

1. Rotate through all positions in the Stuffing area
2. Operate, set up, and change over Poly-clip and Francomatic machines
3. Lift and hang sticks weighing up to 40 lbs
4. Push wagons and racks of product
5. Maintain all paperwork related to the position

Experience:

• Manufacturing experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong math skills required
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork and maintain World Class Results
• Ability to push/pull racks and wagons
• Accurate completion of production documentation
• Willingness to learn and use SAP for inventory and product flow management
• Cross-training at stuffing and formulation areas
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Willingness to learn basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, SAP)
• Ability to work at heights above ground level
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Willingness to learn and participate in Redzone program and Operator Driven Reliability
• Proficiency in English as required by business needs

Other:

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check
