Job summary

Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. in Cedar Falls, IA, is seeking a Machine Operator to support the safe operation of corrugated converting equipment. You will assist in setup, operation and cleanup on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

You will follow safety rules, keep a clean work area, read diagrams and production cards, feed machines with raw materials and log production data in our ERP system. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to read a tape measure are preferred.

Summary: Responsible for assisting in all activities associated with safely running our corrugated converting equipment, including setup, operation and cleanup.

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Duties:

• Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
• Uphold all ISO policies and procedures in accordance with our Quality Policy
• Work from written instructions, diagrams and production cards
• Feed converting machines with raw materials
• Record production statistics within our ERP system
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Full-time role in a manufacturing setting
