Job summary

JM & Associates in Novi, MI is hiring experienced assembly operators for a long-term, full-time role. Shifts available: 1st shift (Mon–Thu 5 AM–3 PM) at $17.50/hr, 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 5 PM–3 AM) at $18/hr, plus shift premium. Starting pay is $17.50 with shift premium.

Applicants should have 1+ years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation. Must pass drug test and background check, with steel toe shoes required and a demonstrated strong work ethic and attendance.

We are looking for experienced assembly operators who are looking to grow within an organization & start a long-term full-time job.

Shifts Available:

• 1st: Monday – Thursday 5 AM to 3 PM - $17.50/hr
• 2nd: Monday – Thursday 5 PM to 3 AM - $18/hr

Starting Pay: $17.50 +shift premium

REQUIRED from you:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (1+ years’ experience of machine operating) REQUIRED
• Be able to pay high attention to detail
