Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Darien, WI manufacturing client, is seeking qualified Machine Operators to join their team. The role offers long-term temp-to-hire opportunities on 1st or 2nd shift with overtime on Fridays.

Wage ranges from $17.50 to $17.90 per hour depending on shift. Responsibilities include safe operation of molding equipment, demolding, mold changes, and multiple finishing tasks to ensure product quality before moving to the next stage.

Qualifications

• Experience operating molding machines or in a molding environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of work area.

Responsibilities

• Demold and charge molds within set machine time parameters.
• Mold maintenance and mold inspection.
• Assist mold technician with mold changes as necessary.
• De-flashing molded products using knives and hand scrapers.
• Perform some secondary finishing on molded products.
• Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing.
• Provide material for machine operator.

1st shift: 5am- 3:30pm Monday- Thursday with OT on Friday

2nd shift: 3:30pm-2:00pm Monday-Thursday with OT on Friday
