Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including Word/Outlook/Excel.
• Military or technical training may substitute manufacturing experience.
• Ability to complete production, quality, waste, and operational reports.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with forklifts or automated systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, equipment adjustments, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Complete quality inspections and verify products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, waste, and downtime records.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns promptly.
