Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing food manufacturing team that prioritizes quality, safety, and teamwork. You will operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and set up production equipment to keep lines running smoothly and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, rotating materials using FIFO, training teammates, and assisting supervisors with issues while maintaining clean, organized work areas per 5S.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with ability to learn equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
