Machine Operator

We are searching for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an entry level machinist at Dynamic Engineering in Watertown, SD. As a saw operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality precision parts and components while ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Hours

• Flexible 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday
• Optional OT available Thursday and Friday

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to precise specifications using drawings.
• Perform routine machine set-ups, adjustments, and maintenance to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to guarantee parts meet quality standards and promptly address any deviations or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production problems and improve processes.

Requirements
