Job summary

Infosoft Inc., Healthcare Diagnostics division, is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training and the opportunity to work in a global, regulated manufacturing environment.

As a Production Operator you will work in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas, using PPE provided by the company. You may lift up to 50 lbs and are expected to evolve through hands-on learning and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desirable: FDA-regulated facility and manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn and operate fill/pack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the fill production equipment and pack finished product.
• Inspect and package finished goods for quality and accuracy.
• Verify raw materials to ensure correct components and quantities for each batch.
• Assist and partner with supporting personnel to troubleshoot production issues.
• Follow production area procedures, quality systems, and safety rules.

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for a Production Operator (2nd Shift)

• This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
• A production worker completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
• This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits. Position requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes. PPE will be provided by us.
• Individuals may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Position requires lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
• Based on business needs, individuals may be required to work overtime and/or may be asked to modify their work hours.
• Responsibilities and Job Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
• Operate the fill production manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and package finished product.
• Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
• Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
• Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
• Comply with quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA, etc.
• Follow all area safety rules and procedures. Preferred Skillsets: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting, desire to learn new processes/functions

Requirements:

• Strong communicator, Team player. A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required.
• Desirable experiences include: FDA Regulated Facility, Production/Manufacturing environment, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum, etc.)
