The Lee Group is seeking reliable machine operators in Virginia Beach, VA for a temp-to-hire role in our growing team. You will operate machinery safely, troubleshoot line issues, and read measurements with precision.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical experience such as working on cars or machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical issues.
• Comfortable reading and using measuring tools.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed.
• 1st Shift and 2nd Shift available.
