Job summary

SBA Group's SBA Home North Carolina facility is hiring an Experienced Machine Operator to join a highly automated production team. This hands-on role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift options include 1st: 6am–2pm, 2nd with a $1.00 differential, and 3rd from 10pm–6am with a $2.00 ramp-up differential starting August. We offer competitive pay, benefits, paid holidays, and a collaborative, growth‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read calipers and metric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Set up manufacturing equipment for production runs.
• Use machine equipment to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
• Evaluate unit efficiency and identify improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with team to address maintenance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards.

SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

1st shift - 6am - 2pm

2nd shift - 2pm - 10pm, $1.00 shift differential.

3rd shift - 10pm - 6am, Ramp up coming August - $2.00 shift differential
