Job summary

NextMove Workforce is seeking skilled Machine Operators in the Tulsa metro area to run CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, and other fabrication equipment. The role covers setup, operation, quality checks, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have experience with machining and fabrication machinery, read blueprints, and work well independently or in teams. Weekly pay, multiple shifts, and temp-to-hire/direct hire opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating one or more of the listed machines (CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Machining Centers, Grinders, Plasma Cutting).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic blueprints.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines safely and efficiently according to work orders.
• Set up and calibrate machines per instructions; read blueprints and production schedules.
• Inspect finished parts for quality using precision measuring tools.
• Load and unload materials; perform routine adjustments and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain organized work area following 5S principles and OSHA policies.
