Looking for a stable weekday job with paid training and room to grow? Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a Production Associate / Machine Operator for our Troy manufacturing facility.

No manufacturing experience is required—we'll train the right person. If you've worked in production, assembly, warehouse, material handling, food service, or another hands‑on role, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll operate production equipment, perform light manufacturing and assembly work, inspect parts for quality, move materials weighing 20–30 pounds, and help keep a clean, organized work area. The role is active, hands‑on, and offers opportunities to learn multiple machines and production processes.

You’ll earn an effective rate of $17.05 per hour while working a full 40‑hour week on a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with no nights or weekends. ($16.05 base plus $40 weekly bonus for working full 40 hours on the clock)
