Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Thorp, WI is seeking Production Machine Operators for early shifts. You will read, understand, and follow production schedules, set up equipment, gather materials, and perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.

The role requires one year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with overtime as needed.

Job Title: Production Machine Operators

Location: Thorp, WI

1st- $19.00 M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm, overtime as needed Fridays

What's the Job?

Read, understand, and follow production schedules

Set up and adjust equipment

Gather materials as needed

Perform quality checks

Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc.) as needed

Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
