The salary range for this role is:

$19.80 - $22.80

Responsibilities:

Job duties include safely operating all warehouse equipment and performing assigned warehouse duties to produce a labeled product that meets or exceeds the safety, quality and productivity standards. Assist in training employees on warehouse equipment, processes and procedures.In addition, this position works with other plant personnel in a team environment and complies with company policy, regulatory and company standards.

• Operate warehouse label line equipment and complete daily minor maintenance on equipment as trained.
• Complete required documentation accurately and perform quality checks to ensure a quality product is prepared.
• Computer data entry and inventory control processes.
• Operate forklift to move product and supplies in support of warehouse operations.
• Assist other warehouse personnel with work activities as needed.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to physically handle walking, climbing, in a wide range of conditions for occasional to frequent periods maintaining endurance.
• Must be able to endure exposure to all potential temperature climates within facility.
• Must be able to climb stairs, occasionally.
• Must be able to stand, stoop and walk, occasionally to frequently.
• Must be able to sit sustained periods of time, frequently.
• Must be able to wear protective clothing --hard hat, glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, hair/beard nets as required.
• Must have the ability to carry up to 30-50lbs., occasionally.
• Must be able to balance or maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Must be able to hear.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate in High School level English, to include both writing legibly and speaking.
• High School math skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to lift/carry while walking up to and including 30-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand the majority of the work shift.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts during pack season and when required outside of pack season.
• Ability to maintain good attendance
