Job summary

MSI Express, INC in Texas seeks a Machine Operator to run filling equipment on a food production line, adjust line speed and timing to meet quality specs, and maintain packaging quality. Must have prior production line experience with filler equipment (Hayssen, Sanko or similar).

Pay ranges $16–$19/hour depending on shift and experience. Training bonuses are offered after completing 2–3 weeks of training, and the role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to work overtime.

The Machine Operator runs filling equipment used infood production— includingHayssen, Sanko, and other machines— safely setting line speed to meet efficiency standards and adjusting timing so product fill weight/volume meets quality specs.MUST HAVE previous experience on a production line with filler equipment.

Pay:$16–$19/hour, depending on shift and experience.

Core duties:Maintain filler speeds and timing, verify fill accuracy by weighing samples every 15 minutes, uphold packaging quality, report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately, keep the work area clean per GMPs, follow all company and safety policies, and promptly report any food safety or quality issues. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: MUST HAVE prior production line experience with filler equipment(Hayssen, Sanko, or similar food production machines preferred), ability to work overtime, follow written instructions and safety rules, stand/walk/bend/climb throughout a shift, good hand-eye-foot coordination, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass company testing.

Bonus:A bonus will be paid upon successful completion of the 2–3week training period.
