Biomerics is seeking a Materials Operator to assist in premixing material batches and polymerizing polyurethane materials for medical devices. This role performs visual inspection, material classification, packaging, and batch record documentation, with emphasis on safety and quality.
You will work in a hands-on role supporting inventory control and equipment maintenance, while adhering to Biomerics quality systems and lean improvement initiatives.

Job Description: Responsible for assisting in premixing material batches, polymerizing polyurethane materials, visual inspection of materials produced, product sample submissions, classification of materials to specification, packaging of finished product, record keeping and document control of batch records, inventory control of raw materials, and ensuring all equipment is kept clean and in good repair.
