Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturer of premium pet products in Perham, MN. The role offers 2nd shift hours from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and the potential for temporary or temp-to-hire placement.

You will follow production schedules, operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, and maintain clean, safe workstations in a GMP environment.

Formación

• Must be able to perform basic math tasks in production and quality checks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to follow production schedules, instructions, and procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and food safety compliance
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/food production environment following GMP standards
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull as required
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do
