Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in a facility operating in a fast-paced bakery environment. This entry-level role focuses on safely and efficiently producing high-quality baked goods for customers on the 2nd shift.

You will operate equipment, assist with packaging, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards. Candidates should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing is a plus)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• comfortable in a warm working environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Nights, weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered bakery machinery and packaging lines
• Package products and move or stack materials and equipment
• Mix ingredients as part of the production process
• Observe, address issues and reject products that do not meet specs to reduce waste
• Participate in training and maintain GMPs and food safety standards
