Essential Personnel, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Machine Operator in Omaha to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can work independently or as part of a team, maintaining a clean and safe workspace and contributing to great benefits. Responsibilities include operating Rotoflex finishing rewind equipment, setting up machinery per job specs, inspecting materials for defects, and assisting with production, packaging, and other duties

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to monitor finished products for defects.
• Competent computer knowledge and basic to intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Rotoflex finishing rewind equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Set up and adjust machinery according to job specifications.
• Inspect printed materials to ensure defect-free finished products.
• Rewind large press rolls into smaller rolls per customer requirements.
• Prepare orders for final quality control inspection.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify issues.
• Assist with production, packaging, and other duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
