Job summary

NSI Industries seeks a Machine Operator on 2nd shift (2:30-10:30pm) at our Odessa, FL location. You will perform tasks to maintain production flow, meet times, and adapt to changes while ensuring quality and accurate MES data entry.

We are seeking to fill Machine Operators on 2nd shift (2:30-10:30pm) at our Odessa, FL location.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks required to maintain consistent production flow.
• Meet or exceed production times within acceptable performance standards.
• Adapt to process changes and learn new skills as needed.
• Identify, separate, and remove sub‑standard or rejected connectors according to quality standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and enter data into the MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure proper tool care.
• Stay focused on assigned tasks and use work time efficiently.
• Lift and carry up to35 lbsand stand for the duration of a typical 8 hour shift.
