ExpressPros - Parsippany, NJ is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for a client site in Andover. You will operate and monitor rubber manufacturing machines, following technical drawings and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.

Training schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM; regular schedule after training: Thursday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM. You will set up, adjust, and maintain equipment, inspect products, perform basic measurements, and uphold safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

  • Experience reading technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Basic math and measurement skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our clients in Andover. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, following technical drawings and work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

Schedule

  • Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
