Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift in the North Carolina/Mebane area. You will operate and change over primary and secondary equipment in the cell, following standard work practices and ensuring quality output.

Responsibilities include trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety policies. Training new hires and understanding scheduling processes are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge to setup/changeover of all equipment in the cell/line
• Ability to perform setup/changeover at standard operating rates with minimum downtime
• Understand material scheduling processes and MANMAN reporting
• Knowledge of safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Strong math skills and understanding of hydraulics and lubrication
